Graham Cemetery is just east of New Haven, West Virginia and across the Ohio River from Racine, Ohio. It is almost in the middle of the two American Electric Power facilities: Mountaineer and Philips Sporn. Well, almost across the highway from the Philips Sporn Plant. Longitude: 38Deg58'04"; Latitude: 81Deg55'49". In Google Earth satellite image it is the two double loop roads with a small white square building (the church).
