I am looking for information on the marriage of Lawrence Cunningham and Loretta Theresa Gibbs in Mason county about 1935. I am also looking for an obituary for this Lawrence P. Cunningham he may have died November 1979 in Mason County probably buried at Zerkle Cemetery. Can anyone help me find this information? Thank you for any help you can offer. OBITUARY - THE POINT PLEASANT REGISTER (November 20, 1979) Lawrence P. Cunningham, 73, Hartford, died Monday at Pleasant Valley Hospital. A retired coal miner, he was born Dec. 5, 1905 at Hartford a son of the late Lou and Marare Gibbs Cunningham. Survivors include a son, Lawrence J. Cunningham, Letart Route 1; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret J. Clark, Ashville, Ohio; two brothers, George Cunningham, Hartford, and Henry Cunningham, Pomeroy, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Agnes Oldaker, Letart Route 1, and Mrs. Annie Dill, Pomeroy, Ohio; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Foglesong Funeral Home in Mason with the Rev. Clyde Fields officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
