Know nothing about them but I'm trying to find info on Sally Thornton. My 4th great grandfather Thomas Lewis had 4 sons by a Sally Thornton, daughter of George Thornton & Mary Alexander. Thomas & Sally were never married were going to be but Thomas died just before they were supposed to get married in 1800. I am trying to find out what happened to Sally after Thomas died. I know their children were still in Mason County but not sure what happened to Sally whether she got married. She was only 44 when Thomas died so still young enough to get married I presume .
