I know it's early, but The Gallia County Historical & Genealogical Society would like to announce the new Christmas Bulb for 2010 is in and ready for sale. This year it is the "Ice Piers" that were put in the river(way back when......) to help break up the ice on the Ohio River. The price will probably remain the same as last year.
