Andrea: I am looking for a Jack Kelly and his line. To my knowledge he was born in West Virginia somewhere in about 1925. He married my cousin, Florence Irene Nicholson Kelly in about 1949. I think he lives in or around Page, West Virginia but I have not been able to roust him out yet. When I do, the counties other than Fayette should be a great help to me. Thanks for responding.
