I'm searching for information on Oliver Perry and his wife, Mary A. They were living in Clendenin district in 1900. They had been married for 30 years (that number has to be wrong since their oldest son was 54 years old, unless Mary was Oliver's second wife). Oliver was 74. Mary was 80 and was born in January 1820. She had given birth to 12 children with 6 still living. All 6 were living with them. Andy was born January 1846, John T. B. was born March 1848, Willard was born January 1855, Perry F. was born February 1857, Ellen was born June 1859 and Harriet was born April 1865. All 6 children were listed as married, yet none of their "spouses" were living with them. None of the daughters were listed with any children. There were plus signs in the number of years married column. I don't know what that means. Oliver was born in Virginia, as was my 3rd great grandfather, John Perry. I thought there might be a connection between Oliver and John. Oliver was living near Edward Perry, John's son. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks! Cynthia
