George Richardson and his wife Julia (Vowell) Richardson moved from Meigs County, OH to Mason City, Mason Co. WVA between 1850 and 1860. Their children were Eliza, Henry, Mary C. Wife Julia must died sometime before the 1870 census, George and daughter Mary are still in Mason county. In 1894 George deeds the house and land on Horton St. to his daughter Mary C. (never married evidently) on the condition she take care of him in his age. By 1900 George has died and Mary C. lives in the Horton St. house 1910,and 1920. In 1927 Mary C. sells the house to Charles Rhoades and then I lose track of her. George was born in Scotland, father named George, mother perhaps Jane. Had siblings Nicholas, Joseph, Reuben, and Eliza Hodge (Tracy). The family moved to Meigs County Oh in early 1820's. Is anyone familiar with the family? Sara Richardson Kelly
