Hello, Can anyone tell me what information is likely to be included in a Marriage Record filed in Mason County, West Virginia for the year 1869. Since records vary in content from state to state and I am looking for information pertaining to the individual's place of birth and names of their parents ..is it likely that the marriage record would supply that data for me? Also since the state of West Virginia requires a SASE when records are requested how do you determine how much postage to send along when multiple copies are ordered?
