This information was derived from a newspaper clipping that gave Nancy as Mrs. Nancy E. Martin in her brother Charles Crouse's death notice July 25, 1928. The Crouse's mother was Rosina HOUCK. Calvin MARTIN married Emma HOUCK. She d: Bef. 1932. This is information from Emma's father's obituary in January 1932. Emma's father was the son of John HOUCK who was brother to Rosina HOUCK's father, Gabriel HOUCK (my ggg- grandpa). Also there were Martin's, Davis's Kidd's and Clark' s in Monroe County VA later becoming Monroe County WV and a lot of Monroe County folks later moved to Gallia Co, Kanwha Co, Putnam Co and Mason Co areas. I have some information on some of these in my files, though not related to me.
