His parents Charles Levi GIVENS b/1862 d/1935 Cherry Hill, Short Creek, Brooke co WV Sarah "Elizabeth LUCAS b/1864 d/1938 Wellsburg?? WV. My gm Edna Bella THOMAS b/1887 d/1929 Benwood, WV. Her parents; Abraham THOMAS and Lydia HUGHES. Clement and Edna lived most of their adult lives in Benwood, McMechan, Moundsville, and Wheeling. Edna is said to have attended the Wheeling Island Mormon Church with three eldest children: Agnes (Peg), Elwood, & Willard (Butch) The church has since been lost with fire. And the Reformed Church has no records. Other Children: Charles, Edgar, Gertrude m/ERNEST, Loretta m/LEYLAND, Audrey m/GARRETSON, Lucille m/BRADBURY & ALLISON. Clem's sibs: Charles; Golda m/ a Mr. DEAN and a Mr.JAMES; Joseph m/Jessica P. SMITH; Minnie; and Pearl Edna has a brother Ralph. Not Certain if Althea was Ralph's wife or another sib.
