Looking for info on Wallace H. SMITH, first Mayor of GlenDale in 1924. Is this the same Wallace Smith listed in the 1880 census Union District, Marshall County,WV as the son of John W. and Elizabeth Smith? If so, this is the Wallace SMITH I am looking for. He would have been abt age 47 at the time he was elected Mayor. Looking for the names of his children. Any input will be appreciated. JoAnne
