Hello, all. Does anyone know where I can find detailed information about the Grave Creek Settlement of the late 1700s? Robert THORNTON, pioneer of Wood Co, was reputed to have been at Grave Creek prior to settling down in Wood Co (where he died in 1800). Robert's wife's family (BATTEN) was from Fayette Co, PA.
