Roy BURTON married Cora GORBY on 29 June 1913 in Doddridge County. According to Wes Cochrans book, they were both from Doddridge. Cora is the daughter of Osborn and Aleena (FARLEY) GORBY. Who is Roy BURTON? Does anyone have dates on this man? He was suppose to be 23 when he married, and she was 21. However, I think she was closer to 15 when she married. I have a feeling someone fibbed on their marriage cert. Any help appriated. Dawn.
