    3. Charleen, I am a librarian in Ohio. If you just want to look at the book, go to your local public library and ask them to obtain it for you via Interlibrary Loan. If you want to purchase the book, you may work through a used book store located in your state. Or write to the Wheeling Public Library and ask for the address of a local used book store in the area. Perhaps they will photocopy a page from the yellow pages for you. Contact the local genealogy group in Wheeling and ask if they know of any copy for sale. If you absolutely want to buy it, run an ad in a Wheeling newspaper. Place a query in the WV genealogy newsletter. Put a notice on a bulletin board at the WV State Library or historical society or the Archives at University in Morgantown. Contact the author if still alive and try to purchase a copy or borrow it. Don't give up. If you have no luck, contact me again.
