I am doing research on the Wilsons of Marshall County. My family moved to Marshall County sometime between 1847 and 1850. They are descended from Henry (born about 1796 in Ireland) and Sarah ( born about 1805 in Pennsylvania) Wilson. I do not know Sarah's maiden name. Henry and Sarah Wilson had 9 children, among them, my great-grandfather, John S. Wilson (born 1830). John and his wife, Nancy Null Wilson (born 1839) had 8 children. Their son, William Lincoln Wilson (born 1864) was my grandfather. Henry and Sarah and John and Nancy stayed in Marshall County. My grandfather moved back to Pennsylvania - settling in Washington County. I am interested in any information about this Wilson line and also related names : Muldoon, Griffin and Riffle.
