MANNING born Marshall County, WV SARAH M. MATHEWS born Marshall County, WV Could this **T** be an **I** ????? Hopefully just a typo? Who is it that did the Manning research and posted it? I'd like to find him and ask why Roy isn't mentioned in the Manning family. According to the obituary of James Manning {Source: Moundsville Echo, 6/06/1930} which is posted on the Marshall page, and in my hands, this man has: Surviving him are three sisters, Mrs. Dever Duell(can't really see the name that good) of East Liverpool, Mrs. James Bartrug of Poplar Springs, and Miss Anna who is a teacher in the junior high school in this city; two brothers, William Manning and Roy Manning of Cameron.
