Hello - my name is Carol Stackhouse Polkinghorne. I am the descendant of Joshua W. Stackhouse born 1823 in Columbiana County Ohio. He married Mary McFarland and moved to Proctor West Virginia. I am trying to find out any information I can find on him but especially who his parents were. I believe that they were Joshua B. born 1799 in Columbiana County and Martha Sinclair also of Columbiana County but as of yet I can't make the firm connection.
