Thomas was apparently adopted by William H. LOWE. Have no information on William H. or his wife's name. Thomas m. 6 Jan 1878 Mary STALEY Nace in Moundsville. Mary & Thomas had one child, Elizabeth (Lizzie) A. LOWE, lived remainder of their lives in Moundsville. He died there on 23 Oct 1909, is buried in Mt. Rose Cemetery.
