I am looking for any information on the James and Eleanor Foster family of Beeler's Station, Webster District, Marshall County, WV. James was born abt 1784 in Ireland and moved to Beeler's Station sometime before 1826. He farmed in the Beeler's Station area until his death in 1870. According to the Marshall County Genealogy Page on Beeler's Station - a James Foster and John Wilson established the first Beeler's Station Church (from the History of Marshall County 1984). This may well be the same James I'm researching. Is the church still there and operating?
