Hi Linda, If the W.H.H. age 30, preacher, in the 1880 census is the Wm H. you are interested in, there is also an 11 year old Nannie living with he and his parents, John Criswell & Margaret Burrows . I've never been able to find out who this child belongs to, so I've assumed she might be W.H.'s daughter., but she isn't mentioned in his will. Here is some Wm H. data sent to me by Naomi Parks Lowe Hupp. 1. John Criswell and Margaret Burrows were married 19 Aug. 1832 at West Alexander, Pa. by Squire Issac Mayes. The last deed recorded for this John and Margaret was 30 Oct. 1886. They lived then in Wayne County, Ohio. 2. There are at least two "William Criswells". William H.H. Criswell m. Mary Margaret Rulong 8 Aug. 1881. (Marshall Co. book C Page 32). He was 32, she was 20. There are two recorded wills in Marshall County for William H. H. The first was written in 1884. In it he desired that his mother, Margaret, and father John be cared for. His cousin, Hanson Criswell, an attorney, represented William H. H. Then a second will was written 18 June 1885 in Lancaster County, Pa. In this he names his wife, Mary Margaret [Rulong]. Here is a brief outline fo John and Margaret and William H.H. Census 1880--all together in Marshall Co. Will 1884--written by Wm. H.H--names parents. 11 June 1885--2nd. will names wife. They lived in Pa. 31 Dec. 1885--first will probated in M.C. 23 Jan 1886--2nd will probated in M. C. (It does NOT show of any settlement of either will in Marshall.) 30 Oct 1886--acreage sold by John and Margaret Criswell. They lived in Ohio. Sylvia
