I am looking for information on the family of James M. BAIRD and wife Elizabeth (SIVERT). I see a James BAIRD born about 1767 in Ireland aged 83 in the 1850 census-dies in 1853. I also see no Elizabeth with him there. The Elizabeth in question was born about 1798 and I don't know if she married this James M. BAIRD who is quite old for her or perhaps a son of his named James BAIRD. . The marriage record is in Marshall County. There was a John M. BAIRD who is in the 1850 census and 1860 census with a wife Elizabeth. This Elizabeth is Elizabeth DOUGHERTY born about 1802-3. My Elizabeth who married James is Elizabeth SIVERT born about 1798. Any help is greatly appreciated. Pam
