In your message you stated that you believed Elias to be buried in the Magers fam. cem. in Fairview Ridge. If you check for the majority of the Magers buried in Marshall Co..and compare the two different Fairview cemeteries you will notice that most are buried in Fairview 2 instead of 1( which is Fairview Ridge. ) I found the location of Fairview 2 as being down St Rt 2 along the river south of Moundsville turning left onto Fish Creek road...not sure how far out but Fairview 2 is near Burch Road and Proctor Ridge which runs off of Fish Creek.
