My ancestor was born there and I was told it existed between the area of Pennsylvania and Ohio. The town is known by another name name like many towns that use to exist but changed names I am NOT mistaking it for ROCKINGHAM. He was born 1827 I have found others born there but have not come up with a location as yet.
