Hi Fellow Relative Hunters, Does anyone know of a reputable company in the Wheeling/Steubenville area that restores old pictures? I have a rather large oval shaped charcoal/crayon drawing of my great-grandparents that has a tear in the top. As this is the only known picture, I would like to preserve it. Any suggestions? Thanks!
