It's hard to read what is in front of her though, but it looks like William. I've contacted both the Ohio County Clerk's Office and the Marshall County in WV and neither one of them have records of William Bruce Dunlap. Could it be possibly, that his records are in VA even though it was WV at the time of his birth? Cristy
