According to Mordecai's will, he left monies to Amos and Wesley....being his granchildren. (found in a copy sent to me by Helen Spahr) Now I have searched every dau and none matches. Also LECHANIS actual name was ZACHARIAH and he shows up in the 1860 Mercer Co ILL census. Also Amos was a member of the "45th Ill Infantry, Com. H"...says he lived in Edgington at that time. Can anyone help me put these people together???
