Willard G "Bo" Brown, 77, of Pleasant Valley, Marshall County, died Sunday, July 14, 2002 at Wheeling Medical Park. He was born April 19, 1925 in Moundsville, the son of the late George H and Clara R Brown. He was retired sales manager from Ohio Valley Window Company, and also retired owner/operator of the former Brown's Window Company. He was a World War II Army veteran, having served with the 74th General Hospital, a member of Hillview Terrace Church of Christ, Earl Fancis Post #3 American Legion, VFW Post #437 and the Lions Club of Pleasant Valley. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant son, David Alan Brown; and a brother, Webster Brown. Survivors include his wife, Helen Selina Blake Brown; two sons, Larry K Brown and Douglas W Brown and Karen R Haught; two daughters, Diana L (David W) Johnston and Rebecca S (Bernard L) Marcellus; two brothers, Donald (Shirley) Brown, William (Virginia) Brown; two sisters, Wilma Metz and Doris Holmes; a sister-in-law, Amelia Brown and several grandchildren. Family will receive friends Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Grisell Funeral Home, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 pm with Evangelist emanuel Daugherty officiating.
