Everyone, I don't know all of the ins & outs of the Windows operating system, but I think that this Jdbgmgr.exe file is supposed to be on your computer. This message sounds like it was sent by a virus to me. It has no signature line at the end. As opposed to what the below message states, current antivirus programs should be able to find current viruses. This file has been located on my C: drive since at least 1999, so it is NOT a virus--its part of the Windows operating system. DO NOT DELETE IT. The only one listed in the Ohio County Birth records was Walter Charles Stricklin born to George Stricklin and Clara Day Stricklin. It listed his year of birth as 1877...a year different. There was no record of any Stricklin born prior to that year. I tried to find Stricklin born 1855-1856...but nothing there.
