He was born August 22, 1919, in Henlawson, WV, to Robert Charles Browning and Henrietta Johnson Browning. He married Mildred Wortman on April 28, 1945. She preceded him in death. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He had retired from the C and O Railroad. Visitation will be Sunday, May 24, 2009, from 5 to 7 p.m. at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral service will be Monday, May 25, 2009, at 10 a.m. in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. Burial will follow at Sanger Cemetery. He is survived by daughters, Jean Riddles of Garland, Lana Miller of Aubrey, Ladonna Harcum of Waskom, TX; sons, Robert Browning of Keller and Ronald Browning of Denton; sister, Mary Bradley of Ashland, KY; brothers, Allen Browning of Proctorville, OH, and Paul Browning of Owensboro, KY; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. **************An Excellent Credit Score is 750.
