Hi List...Tks for replies re the ftm version 16......I have spoke to 3 tech & 2 supr. and just finished with the last one few mins ago....He tells me that they would not wipe u out, unless u were on their b/u plan, & none payment, i am NOT....They did it right in front of me and still deny it and the patch is worthless as u cannot open it...1 person says to buy another version and retrived ur info. and another tells u it will not work....I am going to go and say they have been tampering with my file for over a month, maybe longer...I have found names in different folders,ftm, that did not belong there.That is 20 plus yrs wiped out...Oh, they say that they cannot find the e-mail that they sent me as it is computer generated..........To u all, tks again for replies Denzil Woodson
