Dear Logan County, West Virginia Genealogist and Family, For the first time I have had two straight months with over 5,000 visits to www.virginiasurames.com <http://www.virginiasurames.com/> I decided to post the descendants of William Burgess and Susanna on the site in such a way that you can cut and paste the entire data base. Please send corrections and updates to jimburgess@virginiasurnames.com I still have 3500 Burgess names to add, but do not see that I will ever be able to do that. Maybe someday! There are about 908 pages of Burgess Family Information. All I ask is: Do not tell others you did the Burgess research. I just ask that if you are going are going copy my information, at least have the integrity to mention that Jim Burgess helped you with the information. If a person is living I did not post the information. Logan County Recreated had 1600 visits last months that is terrific. I want to thank the wonderful ladies who helped with the information a few years ago. My only regret is that we did not finish the 1870 Census.
