Bonnie, I do not know about a William Browning who married Emmaline Canterbury. There is a Henry Browning who married Emmaline Canterbury who was the son of my Nathaniel Browning and Margaret Peggy Browning. William Browning who married Rebecca Toler was the son of Reuben Browning and Polly Robinson. Henry Browning was the nephew of William Browning. There common ancestor was Reuben Browning and Polly Robinson hope this helps. Anyone have a better answer?
