I worked a help desk for years... It gets much worse than this.. There was the story going around about a Wordperfect tech support person who after the whole conversation found out that the customer's problem was the electricity was OFF. He told the person to pack up their computer and take it back to where they bought it and tell them he was too stupid to own a computer. He got fired, but there is some truth to it. I still own a computer business and the sometimes I really have to wonder about people.
