Mullins was the son of Nathaniel and Margaret Mullins, for which John Mullins is living with his widowed mother Margaret aged 59, in Dist. 32 of Logan Co., VA in 1850. I find a 'Nathl' Mullins, Esq in Logan Co., VA in 1840, between the age of over 50/under 60, as well as a female over 40/under 50; scheduled by William Hinchman. household looks like this: Nathl Mullins, Esq...Logan Co., VA 1840. males----1 1 1 2 1 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 females--0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 __________ My mil has told me numerous times that Nathaniel Mullins is her ancestor, father of John R. Mullins. Does someone know anything to the contrary?
