Phyllis, I have a Christine Elkins born Nov. 9, 1810, she was the daughter of James Elkins. She married Abner Vance born Nov. 4, 1813. he was the son of Richard Vance born 1792 who was the son of Abner Vance and Susannah Howard. Some dates show Abner was born in 1815 but the above date comes from a family bible. Marvel Vance was born Jan. 19, 1838 and Elizabeth Maynard Kirk Vance was born June 28, 1837. I have all the birth dates for the Kirk kids Joseph, Claryce, Melvin, Vashty, James, Sarah Jane and my grandmother Christeanna Vance (only child by Marvel and Elizabeth) hope this doesn't confuse you. Yes the " Haulbush" Cemetery is the one that Elizabeth is buried in. Bye Benny
