Shelby, As it turns out, Valentine was my ggggrandfather, through son Joseph down to Jane Hatfield wife of Wm. Chapman Browning. I have the mother of Joseph as Martha Weddington. I have not done any personal research on this family yet. Are you saying they were never married? Or do I have the wrong info? Any help you can give me would be great.
