Hi, researchers If I might make a suggestion to those who are thinking/planning on doing a book, the last book for my DeLay line is set up so that pages may be added later. I'm not sure how that effects the cost but would provide a place for corrections and new information. I decend from Henry DeLay and Elizabeth Crouch (Augusta Co.) through their son James (Hampshire Co.). Henry owned land in Tygart Valley in the 1770s. Just thought I would mention them in case someone on the list might also be a decendent of these lines. If not, tis ok. Never know if ya don't say something. lol Gracie ----- Original Message ----- From: "Vernia Brooks" <vbrooks6@earthlink.net> To: <WVLOGAN-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, August 07, 2006 2:25 PM Subject: [WVLOGAN] Tracking the Pioneers > I wish to thank Stanley Browning for his research and for copy of his book "Tracking the Pioneers". Gracie.. I know one of the lines I have Wellman has 3 volumes. Vol 2 & 3 have corrections and additions to Vol 1. If you don't have all three you only have part of the story. I know the complier is working on Vol 4 (I offered to help, but I'm too far away as he's in Iowa or Nebraska (somewhere out there). I've been thinking about how I was going to do this, and I want to have a easy way to get/make corrections. I've actually thought about doing a PDF, and folks can always just download the updated PDF file.
