Thank you for all the links on MTR. It does look like Logan and Boone Cos. are bearing the brunt of it. I was in no way surprised to see that the president backs destroying our mountains. So often our childhood images remain with us so strongly. Blair Mtn. was a mystical place to me. Grama Mullins told me so many stories about the mountain - how they used to cross it to walk to Logan. Yes, walk. The fire tower, the scenery, all of it took on life through the old stories - how Blair was evacuated in the coal miners' war. Anger and a deep sadness forced me to stop reading, but I will finish reading all of the material. Rick
