    2. A few years back, my family visited the Jarrell cemetery at Stark. It is located on the Luarel Fork of Spruce.Strip mining was going on, and a guard stopped them. My wife told the guard we were visiting as relatives. He said: " go ahead, I cant stop you even if I wished; the law allows visitation at all cemeterys" Shelby

    3. Hi Shelby They were lucky. The coal companies are using the toxic stuff that is a side effect of MTR to stop people from going to some cemeteries. Such a sad thing.
