I was shocked at the pix from Pond Fork around Bim. People say that KY is regulating it more. A lady told me it is being done in SW VA as well. I guess I am overwhelmed by it all. I stood in the yard at the Mullins homeplace and watched that monster of a machine destroying the mountains. Maybe I have a false impression, but is it localized to southern WVa and SW VA? I know of MTR sites in Logan, Boone, Kanawha, and Mercer Cos.
