Hi Jim: A little insight on people who called Cyclone their address.The US Mail Service has been around since 1838. They named the early post offices,but didnt say which area it would serve. It probably served people from Huff Jct, to Oceana, including all the creeks in between. Same thing down Chapmanville way.People who lived on Crawley, Big Creek, Caney,Rocky Creeks called Chapmanville their address, although they lived considerable distance from the town itself.
