I will hush after this post. The coal - producing Appalachian Cos. in WVA, VA, KY, TN get next to no support from their state governments and especially no assistance from the federal government. This has been the case since mining began. The coal companies and the government care nothing about the destruction of our environment and culture. They care even less about the safety of the miners. What came of Sago and Melville? Are they constructing safe rooms in the underground mines? Are the miners carrying more oxygen now? Will people unite to pressure the powers that be to stop MTR? Rick
