Shelby, I can't tell you by mileage, but I can tell you there is quite a distance driving time. Glen Rogers is on the far end of Raleigh County from Glen Jean. Glen Jean is in Fayette County, pretty much in the middle of the county, just about 10 minutes from here. If I remember correctly, that part of Raleigh County had several mine explosions back in the day. Eccles Mine blew 4 times. Anita
