Jim, If you can contact Donna Brown of this list, she has a great deal of info on many of those names on the list. My gggrandmother was Nancy Toler. Rachel also was gggrandmother. As you probably have guessed, a lot of intermarrying went on in my family. Son loves to rib me about that. My only info is a family bible that records the names of the children of these two families that is my direct line. But Donna has done extensive research, both written and leg work to find out who was who and where buried. I hope I haven't confused you. I started out late in finding out where my roots connect and couldn't go too far due to no one wrote much down in my family. Thank God for Donna. I owe nearly all my notes from her. Be Blessed, Joann "Grimmett" Buchanon am going through the grand daughters of David Toler and Susanna These are the ladies and the men they married. Another lister told me about fake emails purporting to be from rootsweb security site. Do Not Open any attachments or visit the link as viruses are included! I checked the help desk to see what they had on the fake mail/virus issue. They are aware of it and warn that if you get mail, supposedly from the "Rootsweb Abuse Department" telling you to confirm your email by clicking on a link, just delete it. DO NOT click the link. Hi Madonna, I didn't know about Susan Totten's father being Andrew Thompson. I had just assumed that John A. Totten had died after all of the children were born, then Judith had married Anderson Ellis. I see that Susan's younger sister Malinda's marriage record is also in the first Logan County marriage book, when Malinda married Joseph C. Mangus in 1887. Malinda's marriage record has her name transcribed as Malinda Tolen, and her mother's as Jellitha Boufield (apparently it was hard to read the handwriting), but her father's name wasn't filled in. The cemetery listing I was referring to was submitted by Jim Burgess to the Logan County GenWeb archives. It starts out with the Robinette Cemetery, then the Logan Cemetery where A.J. Ellis and Judith Totten Ellis are buried. I'll paste it below. Hello - I don't suppose you know the name of George's wife or anything about him??? Was it your Sarah who had no one listed as mother on her wedding certificate? Thanks.
