James, The name isnt coming up in any of my records, but that is not to say that Otis isnt a relative. Check the book Appalachian Crossroads and it really goes into detail. I am not even sure if it is in print anymore. Mom used to have it but she passed away in June and my sister took it. I am hoping to visit her gravesite really soon. Jan
