She is standing with two other women identified as Effie Adkins and Victoria Sowards. I have no clue as to the date of this photo, but am guessing it to be in the late 1970's-80's. It was taken at a Fourth of July celebration. Gracie is on the left but I'm unsure about the order of the other two women. Would love to share this photo with anyone researching ADKINS or SOWARDS.
