Black's Services Set - Funeral services for the Rev. W.T. Black, 83, of Myra, a licensed minister of the Methodist Church for 50 years and a former postmaster of Myra, who died Saturday night in a Huntington hospital, will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Myra Methodist Church by the Rev. Ebb Cummings, the Rev. Enos Scraggs, the Rev. Harvey Sullivan and the Rev. Jack Shy. Burial will be in the Black Cemetery at Myra. Mr. Black, a former merchant, had extensive natural gas holdings. Pallbearers will be Ernie Neal, Hallie Edwards, Scott Hauldren, Ray Elkins, Charles Yeager, and Riley Miller. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Ethel Black; two daughters, Mrs. Mabel Turley and Mrs. Addie Porter, both of Hamlin; four sons, Fred Black of Yawkey, Hal Black of Hamlin, R.L. Black of Lancaster, O., and Raymond Black of Myra; a stepson, Clyde Woyoan of Cincinnati; a brother, A.F. Black of Albuquerque, N.M., four sisters, Mrs. B.F. Eden, Mrs. W.E. Forsey, Mrs. Garfield Sites and Mrs. Frank Midkiff, all of Jackson, O.; and 25 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. The body has been taken to the home from the Koontz Funeral Home at Hamlin.
