I would like to know more about the city of BULGER in Lincoln County. My gggrandfather, James M. BULGER was born in VA (now WVA) and lived in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia. However, I have been unable to find the names of his parents or their location in VA (WVA). I thought perhaps they may have lived in BULGER. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
