Dear Shirley Armstrong, According to the marriage record for James H. Amstrong he is the son of William and Mary Armstrong and was born in Craig Co., VA. I have heard that he and Thomas may be related. They could be half brothers though. James was still alive for the 1910 census but deceased by the 1920. I haven't found a death record for him. Silenia died in 1925 but her death record doesn't include the place she was buried. My cousin is trying to find more information on William and Susie. Thomas is the father of my grandfather, Edward Armstrong who was married to Nora Dolin, daughter of Hiram Dolin and Diana Kessinger.
