Sherrie - Here are the Lucas folks listed on the 1870 Census for Lincoln Co., WV as per Heritage Quest which indexes Heads of Households and/or another member in the household with a different surname: Lucas, Casset 22 yo ____ Irving 27 yo ____ Parker 58 yo _____ Peter 24 yo _____ Price 56 yo _____ Ralph 29 yo _____ Samuel 25 yo ____ Wm R 46 yo I checked the Census image for each of the above-named Lucas folks to see if I could find Charley and/or Lucinda in the same household, but did not find them. A quick check at Ancestry didn't turn up anything either in Lincoln Co for your folks. Perhaps the surname is spelled differently on the Census. I didn't use wildcards in the name at Ancestry although I can do that for you if no one else checks first. Another thought - could they be living elsewhere?
